Traveller & Company Profiles
Profiles are circulated to all potential travellers during the onboarding process. Clients are invited to give us as much or as little information as they wish, which we store in our secure system for use on each trip. Document details such as passports & driving licences are kept safely to hand, alongside airline membership numbers, hotel loyalty schemes & car hire rewards, so we can include where necessary during the booking process and ultimately save everyone a lot of time.
The profiles are a good place to notify us of traveller preferences, for example airline or train seating, dietary requirements, allergies, loved suppliers (& not so loved), etc. The more you tell us, the more we can do for you.
In addition we also hold company profiles, detailing locations, the approval to book travel process and the contact details for all of the key personnel. Similarly, if the company holds any supplier memberships or loyalty schemes, we can profile the numbers and advise accordingly. The travel process is also set out within the Company Profile, to ensure anyone booking travel for them has clear knowledge of the parameters.
All profiles are held with our customers’ permission in our secure systems, in accordance with GDPR regulations.
